Liz mentioned yesterday that she has not had a form from the university. I enwuired today and they said it went on 17 October but they would dend another. Has anyone else not received a form to complete?
have Tracey amd Jackie sent their initial forms away?

Should we have heard back from the University? I though they were going to send matriculation cards to us?
The procedure is you fill in the form they gave out when they visited. Then you get another one in the post which ou fill in nd send back (and then you get a matric card I think).
I haven't received any communication from PU

We got the forms at school last week and I completed it and gave it to school to send back. They should have it now.
